Situated conveniently near King of Solo's palace, the hotel offers a lovely ambiance, complemented by a stunning pool area and a restaurant with breathtaking views. the staff were attentive and competent, ensuring a pleasant experience. These issues detracted from the overall experience and highlighted areas for improvement in organization and guest handling. While the hotel offers amenities like room service and air conditioning, the issues faced during our stay raise questions about the value proposition. Despite the attractive aesthetics and competent staff, consistency in service and guest experience is essential for guests seeking a balance of luxury and affordability. In considering future stays, it is important for the hotel to address these concerns to truly deliver on the promise of a luxurious yet valuable experience.
